About
ESC Mission
At ESC Learning Group, we believe that education should not be a “one size fits all” model. Each child brings something beautiful to the world that should be nurtured.
Our educational philosophy is to cater to each child’s unique learning needs and help them to gain confidence as they understand their potential.
There is light in us all, waiting to shine.
ESC Vision
ESC Learning Group was founded in 2026 as an in-home preschool, with off-site STEM series for older children.
Though it has humble beginnings, ESC’s long term goals are to expand to a larger facility in the future and serve children aged 3-18, offering a solid academic and character-building foundation for children who are not yet school-aged, and opportunities and academic support for older children.
We believe that teachers have far greater value than society grants, and each educator added to the ESC family in the future should be paid accordingly.
Why We Are Unique
At ESC Learning Group, we believe that all children deserve the opportunity to thrive. This includes children with unique learning needs who may be overlooked elsewhere.
We do this by keeping class size at a 6:1 student to teacher ratio, employing several multi-sensory teaching techniques for each hands-on lesson, and by intentionally scheduling time to explore each student’s unique interests.
We also place great value in hands-on understanding of the world around us. “Lessons” include things such as our relationship with the earth through permaculture gardening, and cross-curricular significance, showing how every subject relates to every other subject.
